Sung-Joo works with Korean-speaking churches. He works directly with churches and middle governing bodies in his area providing them with loan and investment information.He has served as a head of staff for several Korean churches and as the Executive Director of the National Caucus of Korean Presbyterian Churches (U.S.A.). He also served as a chaplain in the US Air Force. He has received a Master of Divinity from Princeton Theological Seminary, and a Doctor of Ministry from Columbia Theological Seminary.

Debbie maintains the loan files including adding new accounts and all loan maintenance. She also prepares the monthly statements for borrowers and the quarterly statements for guarantors.
Catherine Lynch

Serving as Senior Relationship Manager, Catherine has been with the Program since early in 2000 and works directly with churches and middle governing bodies guiding them through the loan and investment process. Her geographic territory includes the Synods of the Trinity and Mid-Atlantic as well as the states of New Jersey and South Carolina. Before joining the Program, Catherine worked in funds-development and marketing communications in Delaware. She has a graduate degree in Non-Profit Management from Eastern University in Philadelphia. Currently living in western North Carolina, she is a Ruling Elder of Tryon Presbyterian Church.
Ashley Winn

Ashley maintains and acts as a quality check for loans throughout their life. She oversees the rebate program and the loan review program. Other duties include reviewing all transactions for loans and investments and providing support for borrowers. She has worked with ILP since 1996. Previous employment included work for a CPA firm, a manufacturing company, and the banking industry. She is a graduate of Indiana University and is an equine enthusiast.

Effie’s roles include loan processing and loan closing. Effie has been with the Program since 2012. Before joining ILP, she served in the banking industry for over twenty years. She is also an associate minister serving at Canaan Christian Church in Louisville, KY.

Linda joined ILP in 2023. She serves churches and middle governing bodies by providing them loan and investment information. She is a graduate of Kent State University with a degree in Applied Mathematics. Ms. Sharp has over 30 years in financial services most of which is in the mortgage industry.

Dawn joined ILP in 2024 and supports both finance and general operations for the Program. She makes deposits, reports on rates, and maintains operations’ accounts. Prior to coming to ILP, Dawn worked in banking and loan operations for twenty years.
