She is a graduate of Sullivan University with a degree in Accounting and Management. Before joining ILP, Tamika gained experience in accounting from local and national real estate investment firms.

Beth maintains the loan files including adding new accounts and all loan maintenance. She also prepares the monthly statements for borrowers and the quarterly statements for guarantors. She provides clients with information to help them learn more about the Program’s offerings, responds to client inquiries, and directs clients to the appropriate staff member. Before joining ILP, Beth worked in communications for several local nonprofits for over 20 years.
Ginger Harris

Ginger oversees and manages data operations related to loan and investment administration, insurance renewals, and retention management. Ginger has been with the Program since 2016. Before joining ILP, she served in the banking industry for over twenty years.

Carl Horton has served the PC(USA) at all levels of the church, most recently overseeing the denomination’s Presbyterian Peacemaking Program for 13 years and prior to that coordinating the PC(USA)’s leadership development. He has served in installed and transitional pastorates in California, Nebraska and Kentucky. He has been a licensed Realtor in Kentucky and Indiana for over 20 years. He is a lifelong Presbyterian and is highly committed to equipping and strengthening the church for impactful ministries and inspiring witness.
Sung-Joo Park

Sung-Joo works with Korean-speaking churches. He works directly with churches and middle governing bodies in his area providing them with loan and investment information.He has served as a head of staff for several Korean churches and as the Executive Director of the National Caucus of Korean Presbyterian Churches (U.S.A.). He also served as a chaplain in the US Air Force. He has received a Master of Divinity from Princeton Theological Seminary, and a Doctor of Ministry from Columbia Theological Seminary.
